Default Rear Camber - adjustable?

I noticed my car, as it sat in my garage the other day, how much negative camber there is on the rear end. My guideline is the grooves in the tread...and the lack of dust accumulation on the outside edge of the tread (stock tires, the half the "block" on the outer tread has nothing there, while the rest of the tread has dust...)

Anyone looked into adjusting it (if it's possible stock - or what it would take to make it adjustable?)
