EDIT: I tracked down the listing. It's beyond shady. Anyone who contacts this person wanting these wheels has to be foolish to not know they are stolen. I mean really, one single pic of one wheel. Mis-spelling Bridgestone. Most people who sell wheels/tires at the very least have pics of all four, usually lots of close-ups of the wheels and tire tread (or "thread" as they so eloquently put it).
I really hope you catch these guys
