I think it is designed to be used with a machine polisher, but have no idea how well it actually works.
I spent the whole day yesterday polishing swirls and scratches out of the wife's car and it now looks better than new. I wish there was an easier way but that is the only way to truly remove the swirls rather than just hide them temporarily.
