Darn! those look mighty nice. No, I will resist the temptation.
|
two tone machined look would be great
|
too much chrome for me
|
id like them if they were black
|
I need to see them installed prior to passing judgment.
|
We have sold a few sets of these wheels. I ve been waiting on the customers to either send me some installed pics or hopefully see them here at Z Nationals with them installed. I ll post some installed pics as soon as I can source some of my own.
I m not sure if this helps much, but here is the promo pic that Nissan North America has for these wheels. http://www.nissanusa.com/img/vehicle...ome_wheels.jpg |

I saw one at Zdayz, they are a very nice looking wheel. |
One of a kind coating on these wheels
We recently discovered through Nissan that Alcoa made these wheels unique. They have a special coating on them to resist road grime and to sustain their shine and color unlike normal polished wheels.
This is the only set in existence with this finish on them. |

Is it like teflon or something?? |
I like them. We have nothing that even looks close out here in Australia.
|
So, has anyone on this board purchased these wheels yet?
What do you think of them? Pros? Cons? |
I am not sure whether or not any on here has them. I know that we have sold quite a few sets since they have released.
Wheels are going to be viewed differently by each individual person. Some will like one style/manufacturer over the other. As far as quality goes, these wheels are made by Alcoa. Which is one of the largest wheel manufcaturers in the country. They produce many of the large wheels used on commercial tractor trailers. |

Yes I have brought a set, Josh helped me out and he has some photos which he told me have been put on the Z1 landing page.
I like them, they are different. Easy to take care of, I had a scrape on one which I had polished out. But the best thing is they aren't on every second car you see out here. I hope this helps. |
Thanks Matt for reminding me. I had the new front page made months ago but our web developer had just not had time to get it going. I asked about it today and you should be able to see it within the next week.
Car looks great IMO! |
Pic is up on the splash page... If you do not get it the first time refresh, image changes randomly on refresh
|
Back from the dead... :D
There are still no pictures of these installed? How about the weight, I thought I saw ~26lbs? |
