Fed up with Z1 S#%# shipping!
 

I'm not into vendor bashing, but after numerous direct feedback complaints, I reached the point to post here for wider audience. It seems that well over half of my orders from Z1 get a WTF moment when I open the package. Today it was brake pads. Rear pads were in the StopTech box as expected; but rear pads were loosely packed. Looks like everything is there, so I'm not going to return; but seriously why is this kind of shitty shipping so common?

I don't expect it to change as if they really cared, it would have happened long ago; but I think it's time I give CZP more of my business.

I have had similar issues and WTF moments with Z1. I switched over to CZP and it’s been way better. Very easy to work with and if there is a issue they make it right. I am building a engine and have been getting all my parts through them and they price match as well.

So many fewer issues with CZP. Customer service is far superior as well. Coz is always quick to respond as well as upfront and honest.

I also use Nissan Race Shop as well. I have to pay tax CZP so I shop around. Oh another good vendor is 3 Corner Garage. John is excellent and will price match as well. He sponsors the Nissan Challenge out west here.
