John or any Z1 rep need help!
 

I bought the Z1 SS break line last year around X-Mass and never got around to installing them. As I was X -Mass shopping this year on the Z1 site, I noticed that the pic of the SS line was different form mine. Turns out I'm missing a break line. I only have 5 of the 6 line in the complete set. Trying to keep thing cool and civil, I sent a PM to Z1 and they confirmed that I was missing one and never heard back. I sent another PM on how to find out which one I was missing and they never got back to me.

A little while pass and I ended up calling them. I got John on the ringer and he told me to email/pm him with pics which I sent right after I hung up. I let a little more time pass again, nothing. No call, pm, email or anything of them trying to resolve the problem of my missing piece. As is, this is totally uncool.

Right now. I'm sad and can't believe I was put off like this. I had awesome purchasing experience from you guys so this was a punch in the face especially after spending hundreds from there store. I'm posting and reaching out so that anyone from Z1 can help me out with this small but seemingly "big" problem. Kinda suck being blown off like this.

Never got a pm, e-mail, or callback since. I just called Z1 again and Jon picked up. He was on lunch. I kindly reminded him of the missing part. He told me to E-mail him again so that it would be at the top. My first attempt to find out about the missing piece was on a long time ago.

Hello boss, I'm in need of some clarification of a set of SS break lines I bought last year. I have not installed them yet and was just looking at them on your site. It appears my purchase is different from the one you have listed currently.

In your site picture, you have 6 pieces in the complete kit. However, the bag that I received last year on purchase only have 5 lines. Am I missing a part or something somehow?

Here is a picture of it from when I first received them and one I just took now. They are still in the original package.


It's been a long time since. Lets see what happens next. I hope it get fixed and I get a bone or something thrown to me for all this nonsense. I would like to install these the same time I put on the new SPL rear camber arms.

just got a callback from Jon. He said he is shipping one out my way. Phew!! glad that get that fixed. Took some frustration, work and a LONG TIME but all is well.
