Forgestar wheel specs?

This is my first post and I am looking into getting a pair of piano black Forgestar f14s. What i was thinking is...

Front: deep concave 19x9.5 with a +20 offset and a 255/35/19 tire

Rear: super deep concave 19x11 with a +15 offset and a 305/30/19 tire

What i am unsure of is the offset i should have. Does anyone have experience with these wheels? any information would be appreciated

Not sure as I haven't played around with rims and offsets yet on these cars, but what I would watch out for is your break caliper clearances. Is there any type of lip on it,or do the spokes come out to the front of the rim? Sometimes you have to add a spacer to clear the breaks, which in turn might change your rim width.

Check out this thread. Upon looking at this,I think you'll be ok.
Do you know how offsets work? If you don't,read up on it,very interesting stuff!

So for the offsets, if youre willing to do a 255 front tire, then youd want this:

F 19x9.5 +20 w 255/35R19
R 19x11 +18 w 305/30R19

I wouldnt suggest this combo as the front tire is too short in overall height and a 50mm difference front to back causes understeer (how do i know? I had this exact same setup and sold it to get it right)

My suggestion is the following:

F 19x9.5 +24 265/35R19
R 19x11 +18 305/30R19

Or if you really want great handling:

F 19x10 +30 275/35R19
R 19x11 +18 305/30R19

I have mad respect for GYW.com, i got my newest set of forgestars from them, but they tend to err on the side of "this will look dope" rather than "this will perform" when suggesting offsets. The sizes and offsets I quoted above come from a TON of time spent calculating optimum offsets for my newest wheels.

LostSol. Great info, wish I had read your posts before I ordered my wheels.

That is perfect, those wheels are one of my favorites. I would love to get a Z with that color combo and wheels and maybe get the wheels in bronze. :yum:
