redrilling wheels

what are the pro and cons of redrilling wheels? will redrilling be just as durable as a wheel who hasnt gone through redrilling?

all good questions.

The cost to re-drill as set of wheels along with refinishing them will probably be as much money as getting them in the proper PCD. I personally wouldn't redrill a set of wheels because I feel that you will structurally comprimise the wheels possibly causing failure.

That's just my opinion.

I suppose that it depends on the process used to redrill the wheel. Are the old holes going to be filled, will there be enough space between the lugs and the hub to safely mount them? There are pictures of some nasty examples out there.

IMO, just buy the wheels with the correct pattern.
