junkyard spare

can I go to the junkyard and buy a spare out of a altima which has the same bolt pattern and use it for my spare? I have a 2013 370 z touring.

as long as it can clear the brake calipers i think you're fine.

double check which lugs it uses too and keep 5 in your trunk.
maybe someone can post up the total donut diameter with the tire.

junkyard spare

Thanks for the reply, I was in the nissan dealership today and they had a new Z with a spare in it and it looked like any other temp spare. But I bet they would want a lot for anew one. Thats why I wanted to pick up one that would work in a junk yard for a few dollars. I would also need to get a jack and wrench. The reason I want one is because the 3rd day I had my car I ran over something and sliced the sidewall, so the pump and sealer would not work. Thanks again

I see hundreds of them every day. Go to a u pull it yard close to you and get you a spare donut there on the cheap

Make a WTB thread, I bet you can find 10 for $50.

AND it'll clear the sport calipers if you have them

I believe it's a 17" spare so you may have a harder time finding one now that I think about it.
