Pilot Super Sports

I managed to get a set of super sports installed this morning with taxes included for $880! I had to negotiate for a couple days, but a deal is a deal. I had Hankook's before this and I can't believe the difference in the noise level. It is so smooth and quiet. I'll try to update after more driving today. :driving:

The dates range from 2513 to 3513. I definitely made sure they didn't try to sell me old tires!:happydance: Booyah!

Good job. I posted about these being rated very well. I think they will be my next tire. Let me know how you cut that $800 deal. I usually go to Discount tire

No problem! I live just south of Atlanta. The lowest discount tire quoted me for the set of SS was $900 from manager. If you talk to folks about tires, make sure you DON'T mention 370Z. Only ask for quotes on specific tire sizes, and act like you know a thing or two about tires. Also, DON'T ask for quotes in person because they will see your car. DO give them a price to come down to, and it will usually works way better than them offering prices. Set the price at $900 and see what the shop says. If they yes, then call another shop and tell them you have an offer of $900 and see if they can do it for $890. If they say yes, then you can either take the deal or test your luck again. I ended up pulling it off like 5 times. :stirthepot: Haha

Makes a bunch more sense with the details. Tire Rack has those sizes for $766. Stock 19's are $1128.

kenchan 06-17-2014 12:44 PM

are they still doing the $70 visa card? cause last week TR showed it expired 6/15... but then yesterday i saw a discount tire commercial on tv mentioning the gift card...

not that i plan on getting them...

When i went to DT, for the SS they told me about $900 for 245/40/19 & 275/35/19.. anyone know how long they last? lol
