Alignment problem or something else?
 

Little backstory, 2014 370z, approaching only 3000 miles. Bought the car in November and spent about a month on the stock 19" rims/summer tires. Got a set of wheels with winter tires (18", 245's square, no spacers.....i was told this setup would be just fine by people on this forum) and had those put on for the winter. They felt great and I had no trouble with them. Fast forward to this past weekend, I had the stock 19" wheels put back on the car and the tires seem to be fighting the road (lot more friction than i think there should be and more than i remember there being when i bought it). Im speaking of the front tires here as that's where i feel it predominantly. Looking at the car head-on, there seems to be the very slightest bit of toe-out on the front wheels now and Im thinking that might be the problem Im feeling while driving. Also, when driving the wheel has to be held about 3-5 degrees to the right for the car to maintain a straight line. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be or the cause of it? Everything on the car is stock fwiw.

Either:
1. Your alignment is whack
2. Your wheels/tires weren't reinstalled correctly?

Dangerous either way!

or your eyeballs are playing games with you since the front bumper is rounded and tires appear to be pointing outward...

also check psi..

Are you sure its not just the stock tires moving you around the lanes? I am not sure what the definition of the movement is (maybe tracking?) but I know with the stock tires the car tends to want to go where ever it feels like.

Swap the fronts and if it doesn't work swap the rears. Most likely tires are on backwards.

I didnt hit anything this winter. The car felt perfect all the way to the tire shop when i then had them swapped.

I noticed the sloped bumper and made sure to not base my judgment off of that. The tire itself just looks toed-out a tiny bit.

It might be an alignment problem, when I had my summer tires put on again, I had a similar issue...went back to the dealership and they fix it

Ask for the alignment sheet before and after
