Just wondering about the price, how much shipped 22030?

Ubetit 04-29-2014 12:59 PM

Most likely because the 18" fitments are more popular for track use. I can still get the 19" fitments in the standard TE37SL finishes such as the graphite and Black Editions.

I'm going to show my complete lack of understanding of wheels here but screw it...

1. I want to keep the stock sport tire sizes.
2. I want to stop using spacers. I need 20mm front and 25mm rear to make the stock sports flush with the fenders.
3. I want matte/diamond/whatever is not gloss black.

What version of the TE37s do I order?

cooltoy 08-04-2014 09:35 PM

You want the same width as stock (unless you want to stretch some), same diameter. +27 front offset and +5 in the rear.

aszyd 08-04-2014 09:39 PM

You are pushing that much power with the stock tires?!

Rays only appears to do 19"s in 9.5 and 10.5 widths. The stock tires would look a little stretched on those rims, but they will fit. As for offsets, The fronts should be +22 and the rears should be +12. The documents don't list any other available offsets. I have +22 on the rear and definitely need spacers to flush the rims.

How much shipped to 32025. Matte black
19's can a 305 fit in the rear?

Yes.

I am running 305/30/19 in the rear on 10.5"

I just used stock offsets and and took away the spacers he provided, since that seems to provide a flush look for him. He never provided info on being lowered.

Stock 40th Rays...
Wheel Size: 19x9 (front), 19x10 (rear)
Wheel Offset: +47 (front), +30 (rear)
Tire Size: 245/40/19 (front), 275/35/19 (rear)

Ok...I'm getting this now...I think. So cooltoy you took the stock offsets and subtracted the spacers I said that I used to make the wheels flush and got +27 front and +5 rear. I guess 'flush' is in the eye of the owner. Regardless of the term you are correct; with my stock 40th Rays and 25mm spacers in the rear I get the amount of flush I am looking for.

What I am confused by is that some sites seem to indicate that you can only get SLs in 19" in Pressed Graphite. But let's assume that is incorrect and that I can get them in Diamond Black or Flat Black.

And if aszyd is correct, which is supported by my searches, you can't get them in 9" and 10" widths...need to get 9.5" and 10.5" (unreal why is this so hard?).

Ugh...9s and 10s are wide enough! I may have to go another direction.

JASON: You can see what I am asking for? How close can you get me using 19x9.5s front and 19x10.5s rear in flat black or diamond black?

Thanks.

aszyd 08-05-2014 06:44 AM

I'm sure Jason can get you whatever color you want.

I agree about the fitment issues. I have seen some great wheels that are only available in a few sizes and none of them work for my goals. If I were to buy a new set, I would have to settle, and I don't want to settle when dropping that much cash.

cooltoy 08-05-2014 09:23 AM

If you are going to go with 9.5 and 10.5, then you want offset +33 in the front and +11 in the rear. The tire contact point will be flush with the rim face (the tire thread will be 20 mm back). Or so the calculations show anyway.

Pressed Graphite is the most common stocked color. If you are looking for a special finish it will most likely need to be special ordered from Japan which is a 2-3 month ETA.

I will send you a PM with details!
