cant decide on color.....gunmetal, silver, bronze? give me some help!

bronze is the only color in stock....

bronze or gunmetal IMO...bronze on white always looks good.

Hey man - what offsets are those bronze ones? I have 19x9.5 +22 and 19x9.5 +22 sitting in my garage

and strange as it is to say, i dont want the "JDM" look. my girlfriend thinks the bronze is hideous, and as much as i dont care what other people think, most find bronze nasty on a car (minus the enthusiasts). down side of silver is they look plain.......and gunmetal doesnt match the door handles ect. AG

they are +22F and +12 R. 9.5/10.5.....

Silver will look good, but like you said, it will be more subtle.

Sorry - I did mean 19x10.5 R but the offset is +22... I have them w/ some toyo T1R in the rear and the front has some conti sport contacts (about 95% and 30% thread respectively). I wasnt thinking about selling them - they do have *some* rash on it... I will never let my friends / family drive my cars again lol... but let me know what range you would be willing to pay - I can post pics of em later in the day.

ahh, used...I'll pass then. I'm still waiting for my forgestars, but entertaining other possibilties. I've already got brand new tires waiting as well.

what offset did you end up with?

19x9 +24, 19x10 +20...piano black wth white time-attach stripe...not sure when they will ever get here, but I'm not sellin them (unless the Vossen concave wheels rock, then I might switch!)

Bronze looks great on white. Just don't do black or "Time Attack" editions. Storm Tropper look and TA' stripes are played out big time.

Or Silver, Just so you know Rays has approx 5 different Silvers. =)

Honest answer is it depends on what kind of "look" you are looking for. Do you want the rims to stand out and contrast or blend in. For a contrast, or for the more "off the wall" colors (i.e. mag blue, bronze, gold, black). If you want it to blend in....then the silvers (i.e. silver, mercury, even gun metal) will work.

The nature of pearl white though.....I would use a shiny silver if you choose a silver. I dont think that the gun metal would look that great due to it being a little "flat" in color. In fact....if they dont have the color that you are looking for and you have to order it in anyway...order in the Mercury Silver. Its a slight darker shade of silver to offer some contrast but not too dark to overpower the pearl in the white.

On a off topic...never ask a girls opinion on rims or things like that. They will almost always choose anything that is shiny....just because it is shiny. :p Kidding.

In the end....its still your choice....once again....depends on what look you are trying to achieve.

Simple though....shiny = more "upscale" look....painted and darker = more aggressive in appearance. Pick your poison. :tup:

im so on the fence. i love how the GT series look, but i dont want to run a heavier wheel than stock, and loose performance. I agree that is the hard part of this white. it sparkles! so its going to have to take a well chosen wheel to look good with the color.

p.s, i dont take my GF's advice, but she gives it anyways. she generally has very good taste for an unbiased opinion. she prefers the flat black GT 30's with the polished lip.

The conservative side of me would go with Bronze or Silver but the non-conservative side of me would rock Magnesium Blue in a heartbeat on white. +12 offsets all the way around, mmmmm......would be sick :tup:

My vote would go to either Mag Blue or Gloss Black ;)
