Aftermarket Lug Nuts
|
good for aftermarket rims, not for stockers
|
thats what i thought, the stockers have more of a lip to them right?
|
one with the arrow is the stock lug, it is a cone/washer style lug.
you need the washer to hold the rims down http://i422.photobucket.com/albums/p...s/P1000610.jpg wanna see what happens if no washer style on stock rims?? |
ahh, yep thats the one...ebay sellers keep listing the 350z lug nuts as 370z ones :shakes head:
|
^well, they actually are the correct ones for the 350 and 370 provided you are going aftermarket wheels.

They're about $400. That's the ones I run. Peace of mind in case someone thinks they're going to swipe your wheels. All 20 lug nuts need two "keys" to get them off... It's great!

Rays Just released their Formula Lugs, great for exactly that, preventative measures!
The RAYS FORMULA lug nut is an unique lug nut that involves two keys to remove each lug nut. The top cap of the lug nut uses a special hexagon wrench to remove it. Once the cap is removed, the lug nut can be accessed with another special hex key. The two piece design is very strong and features a 60 degree taper seat and 28mm length. Lugs are available in 12x1.25 and 12x1.5 threads and come in red and blue finishes. These lug kits include 20 lugs, hex adapter, hex wrench, and 20 aluminum caps. Offered in: Red Blue http://www.turn14.com/news/4490/4490_1.jpg If anybody wants a set shoot me a PM and ill hook it up. |
