advice please.....18 inch rims???!!!
Hi guys,
I have been doing more driving and less forum lurking. Much better for the nerves. I have seen many people with the Z sport's package dropping there 19" rims for 18's. I drive a lot (a lot) of auto-x's and would definately like to try 18"s. The car definately will handle differently (maybe better) and I'll learn a new style of driving the auto-x's. Could you guys recommend the ultimate tire/rim set-up for me? The proper offsets, tire height, and tire width. My car is lowered on eibach's, as well. Thanks |
in for results.want to drop my sport rims for 18's as well

I was wondering actually if anyone's put 17's on their 370...
I'd like to try a set, but want to find 17x10 for rear 17x9 for front. If anyone's tried that (not to hijack the thread) post up... |
Hey guys pipe in. We've all seen the pics with the 18"s.

This is 18x10.5 all around. Et38 with a 10mm spacer up front(effective offset et28), and Et15 rear. Lowered about a .5-.75 inch from stock on KW V3's. -3 camber front, -2 rear. Currently on 285/35/18 front and 295/35/18 rear, but will soon be 285/35/18 all around. the offsets were carefully calculated in front to be as positive as possible without hitting suspension parts in the name of proper scrub radius and to eliminate rubbing during on track driving(road courses). Clears sport brakes with room to spare |
here is a side view
