Are those avalaible for the 370z? I saw a few 370z with those wheels but no lips. I think these look way better IMO.

I'm going out on a limb but I'd guess that Lip size would vary directly with the offset and overall rim width. My guess is you might need a really aggressive offset and wide front to lip up there but probably pretty easy on to do on the rear.

I believe they are different faces. one has a lip, the other doesn't. I'm sure one of our vendors will jump in and answer for sure.

i like no lip for these g2's for some reason.

I had heard something about a Face 1 and Face 2 but I was under the impression it might have something to do with concavity but lip would also make sense.

Now those are hotness! I like them much better than without the lip.

The 20" G2s for the 370Z are face 2, which has no lip. The 19" G2s are face 1, which has a lip. So if you want a lip, go with the 19's. It's that simple, folks.

Most of the pics of this wheel on 370Zs is of the 20's, so people don't realize that the 19's have a lip. Here's a pic of the 19":

Now check out this pic. The G37 in the foreground has the 19's, while the blue 370 in the background has the 20's. Those 19's on the G37 will also fit the 370.

For some reason I thought the 20's had two faces...

20 in face 1 = flat and no concave
20 in face 2 = concave

and that the 19s where more of the true TE37 design with a lip and obviously the lower the offset the more aggressive everything gets.

Go to this link. It's the fitment chart at the Rays website. G2

20x10 for the Z34 comes in Face 2 only. You can get a 20" Face 1 fitment for the Z34, but it comes in 20x9 only. And who's gonna want that?

How could those be 19? I found that pix on one them GTR forums so how can it be 19?

semtex 07-03-2009 09:43 AM

What do you mean how could those be 19? So what if you found that pic on a GTR forum? So what? What, if you find a pic on a GTR forum it can't be a 19? What am I missing here in your logic? There's nothing in the pic you found that says "These are 20's."

nogoodname 07-03-2009 10:54 AM

i'd take concavity over lip on these rims

Rob@Altered 07-17-2009 10:22 AM

G2's are great looking rims.
I did not like the look first when it came out but it looks great on G's and Z!!!
