X3^, we need to see what we are giving our .02 cents on
|
Personally i would go with the volks. But they also happen to be one of my favorite wheels. Pick the one you like though cause in the end you gotta drive it. Good luck
|
heres the pics on the wheels.

TE37s if they are concave...if not, then sp1's
|
haha i love that concave look on the te37's myself, thats what makes them the most attractive

u guys think the gunmetal grey volk te37's will look good on platinum graphite?(the color of my car)
|
I dont know...I would have to see it exactly. The colors are so close that its going to be one of those things that looks really great, or really bad...go with ur gut
silver with a set of eyepopping decals would be safest imo |
Te37! :)
|
+1 with the TE37s the TEs have a concave effect on them.
I've play with many rims on my ITR and these are one of my favorites. |
Though I'm not a big fan of the SSR's, the TE37 have been long played out, no?
|
played out or not, they are lightweight and attractive wheels.
I vote TE-37, go silver for a clean look, black for aggressive. |
I don't think the TE-37 will ever look bad. +1 for TE-37
|
TE37 for sure. Forget the SSR
Gunmetal will look awesome on ur PG |
SSR's !! this wud b a great poll
|
Get the F14's lol

i found out that volk makes a special color called magnesium blue for the te37's which is the color in the above photo, the bad thing is that it reminds me alot of black rims and im not black rim type of guy.......but i gotta admit the rims DO LOOK GOOD with the grey 350z in the photo so im thinking it will look good on my car too.....what u guys think? this is a color im thinking about getting |
That's a hot colour. Get it!!!
|
I was looking at the two same wheels. The sp1 are more bling but cost about $700 less than Volks. I would get te37 but with a big lip.
|
wheel choioces
I think the ssr look slightly better personally, but if weight was the issue i would go with the te37's which are still a pretty good looking wheel made by one of the best names in wheels.
Good luck in your choice. |
|
get the one in the pic...then colour match head light housing

Personally I think that grey wheels on a grey car could look a bit too ermmm.......... grey. Try imagining nice shiny silver wheels on a grey car - looks a lot more attractive. |
First, what size are you getting for the SP1's or the TE37's?
Second, have you ever seen pictures of Volk's limited edition colors on a grey car? Takata Green and Magnesium Blue both look good. There's always Orange or Luminous Yellow haha. Time Attack Red isn't bad either. Three, you can NEVER go wrong with a set of TE37's. Played out? I don't think so. I think they're just a timeless design that won't go anywhere anytime soon. |
My vote's for the TE37's. More specifically, the Time Attacks.
|
yup my mind is made up, going with the TE37 in mercury silver. when i do order them im gonna be dreading the 60-90 day wait....haha
|
volks hands down :D
|
yeah volks for sure.
i'd go with super advans if they came in 20s |
Giovanna Berlin chrome 20's
Okay, I'm just kidding, do the Volks in silver. I plan on silver Volks on my platinum graphite for my first mod.
|
Go SP1 for originality! Nothing against Volks but everyone and their mothers are running with TE37s...just my .02

I tend to keep my cars for a few years so that's why I'm going with something like the TE37 that is more classic and able to stand the test of time.
I remember the wheels I put on my black 350 that looked so good back in 03 when I first got it had really started to look dated in Jan of 09 when I traded for my 370. Not gonna make that mistake again. So I guess it will be me, everybody else, and some grandmothers with an extra 3 grand laying around running our TE's. lol Seriously though I think it's one of the most agonizing decisions you ever have to make about the way your car looks. |
