Michelin Pilot Super Sports

Is anyone running 245/40/19 Front x 295/35/19 Rear on a 370Z Sport Package?
Please comment.
Thanks!!!

I think 295/35-19 is too big/wide for the rear...285/35-19 is better, but Michelin don't make this size.

According to Michelin's website the rim size range for a 295/35/19 is 10"-11.5" with a diameter of 27.1"

The 285/35/19 rim size range is 9.5"-11" with a diameter of 26.9".

Not much difference going from the 285 to the 295

Are fine with my base brake package. I have 255/35/19 and 295/30/19s . You could actually go to 305s on the rear if desired. The 295s look great and ride great.Attachment 52386 check out my album. Also my wheels are 9.5 and 11s, therefore anything less will have a slight stretch

In my PSS set I ran 255/19/35 and 295/19/35. On 9.5/10.5 wheels with sport package. They look great. A much better sidewall than say V12's or the stockers.

Looking at potentially running a 265 up front next set.

What mileage has one experienced with these tires on the 370Z?

Bump for mileage. Wife needs a new set of tires and she drives a ton! 13k miles on the car and its only been on the road for 6 months.

Isn't that too much stagger? 40 mm difference is a lot I think. I always thought to try to keep it < 30mm. Your insight is appreciated, thanks.

I wanted to do a 265 in the front, but at the time I thought it would rub so I stayed away, and I looked at doing a 285 in the back, but they didn't make that size so I went with the 295.

Next set will be a 265/295 now that I know it won't rub.

So 295/35-19 will fit on the stock rear rays and not rub? I'm planning on dropping my car on swift specs if it makes a difference. Will the tire be too wide for the rays?

I am running 265/35 front and 305/30 rear on the TE37. I got them mounted a couple days ago. They look beefier than my old setup.

Maybe I'm lazy, but can't find the exact answer to this:

I'm in the market for new treads and looking at 285/35/19 or 305/30/19 MICHELIN PILOT SPORT for the rear with either 265/35/19 or 255/35/19 or 245/40/19 up front. I'm on stock 19" sport Rays with 20mm spacers front and 25mm rear and stock height.

Which would be the best set-up? I would like to keep the speedo as accurate as stock.

Thanks :tiphat:

285/35-19 rear will be the best tyre size for our Z,but PSS don't have this size.

Actually they do as this local tire seller has some. They are "sport" so I don't know if there is a difference between these and "Super Sport". These are what I'm considering:

285/35/19 MICHELIN PILOT SPORT

MICHELIN PILOT 305/30/19

265/35/19 MICHELIN PILOT

That looks like a Pilot Cup to me
