Vossen Wheels Photoshoot! Pics inside.

So I got a great e-mail this morning from Vossen Wheels with the results of a photoshoot we had last week. I think they came out amazing! Those wheels look awesome on the car!

Yep, I will discuss that later, my ride height is a bit out of whack.

nogoodname 06-19-2009 11:55 AM

other than the too much junk in the trunk look, it's a very good photoshoot

CrownR426 06-19-2009 12:42 PM

Looks great!

Argos 06-19-2009 01:31 PM

the rims themselves are awesome , but i think the back ones look to far sunken in , should have went wider
what size are the rim/tires ?

nogoodname 06-19-2009 01:36 PM

maybe just an off offset

RCZ 06-19-2009 01:39 PM

Those are 20X10.5 with 305 rears hehe. We are working to create a better offset, but you also have to realize guys that I had -3 degrees of camber in the rear during that shoot. Thats not realistic street settings... Its going to look a whole lot better once the camber and ride height is fixed.

FuszNissan 06-19-2009 01:47 PM

Yeah, you just need a little more aggressive offset and some adjustable camber arms. Good luck, I know that isn't going to be fun.

nogoodname 06-19-2009 01:50 PM

so, keeping those rims??

DannyGT 06-19-2009 01:56 PM

Pictures are great RCZ...Not feelin' the rims tho. A little to bling for me, some of their other wheels have grown on me tho.

My 'pre-set' on the coils looked almost identical to yours and thank god I did the alignment/corner balancing because it fixed everything right up!

Yours will look equally good once you get that sorted out! Will they allow you to choose any rims to keep? ;)

/congrats

There's your answer. Remember if I had a set of wheels like that it would be my nice dailys. I am going to get a set of track wheels too :)

I really like their 94's too

DannyGT 06-19-2009 02:30 PM

Good for you man...

Now if only I can find a sponser after all my work! LOL

ssqpolo 06-19-2009 03:12 PM

nice....**** i wanna get an email saying here's your rims!! congrats

Canadian370Z 06-19-2009 03:31 PM

Those rims are usually not my style but they look amazing on the car in those pics. Awesome job!

jmlenz 06-19-2009 04:46 PM

rims look pretty good -- need a more aggressive offset in the rear and the front needs to come down a bit like others said...overall very nice RCZ

RCZ 06-21-2009 11:19 AM

yep, I should have all that fixed up this coming week. :)

shadspimp 06-23-2009 08:29 PM

Hm, does anybody have an idea of how much it costs?

k20z3 06-23-2009 09:23 PM

I like the pictures, but not feeling those wheels on such a curvey car.

kgreen 06-23-2009 09:37 PM

front could be a lil lower to even it out but great pics!

Agreed - they're too staccato somehow. Still, free wheels are free wheels - nice work!

TacoZ 07-06-2009 05:20 PM

Those pics look awesome. I actually have the 4th pic as my wallpaper. I got a PW fully loaded if anyone wants to give me free rims in exchange for using my car for a photoshoot.:hello:

shadspimp 07-06-2009 08:38 PM

Those are amazing wheels, I'm already looking for pricing and I'm buying them as soon as I get the car. You inspired me:happydance:

RCZ 07-10-2009 02:39 PM

Hehe well if those inspired you...check these out... VVS084 - 20x9 / 20x10.5

Big C 07-14-2009 11:16 PM

I wonder what the new 085's would look like...

Still needs a lower offset in the rear though.

smurfblu13 07-15-2009 01:57 AM

I'm still torn about the wheels. For an everyday not too bad.

On a side note though your car is sick. Its really making me like the PG more and more. Great Job!

Nah on this side it was actually flush with the fender :)

Its just a little unfair because I had -3 deg of negative camber in the rear at that time, so no matter what they did, it was going to look a little "in".

Thanks! I think its the wheels that are doing that, not the car ;)

6MT 07-15-2009 02:39 PM

Those look awesome!! I just don't like the lowering job. Makes it look knd of "funny(?)"

But those are sick wheels!!!

CrownR426 07-15-2009 02:44 PM

Hey, did they let you keep the rims?
That first picture is dope!
Very fresh and so clean, clean!

RCZ 07-15-2009 03:09 PM

Nah they were for a photoshoot only unfortunately!
