Element Wheels Feedback

Ordered a set of Vertini Fairlady rims sizes 19x 8.5 and 19x 9.5 5x114.3 bolt pattern for my Z from Element Wheels and it has been one huge nightmare after another. One of the 19x 9.5 came with tiny scratches. For most of us enthusiasts, any tiny nick is just irritating. Sent pics, they weren't real concerned or accommodating. The real hell began when I drove an hour and a half to get them mounted on my new Yokohoma Advan Neova tires. Scott from Precision Tire in Ridgewood NJ is excellent. Unmounted my stock 18" tires, took my TPMS out...Mounted my new rims and tires. Everything was going good until the front right tire wouldn't lug on correctly. When tightening the bolts they just wouldn't fit correctly. So, scott took it off and measured the bolt pattern. They drilled the holes the wrong size. If you're going to spend the money on tires/wheels DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. There are other companies I am now reading about that I wish I went to. This company does not take accountability for their products/services. They have virtually ZERO customer service skills. They were supposed to send hub center rings with the rims...Didn't happen either. I am so disgusted with this company that I really hope anyone reading this takes this into consideration. For your own good !

Thanks for the heads-up re Element Wheels. If you paid by credit card you should contact your card company and tell them what's going on. Some credit cards cover this kind of stuff. Paypal does too. Good luck and please keep us posted.

Are you sure you were using the right lug nuts? Most aftermarket wheels are not compatible with the oem lugs. Just a heads up.

Thanks for the post. Will tell people I know not to deal with them.
When will businesses realize that name and shame on public forums costs them a lot more than just accommodating the customer in the first place.
