It's been patched and there apparently a nail that went through.. I'm worried about the cracked that I saw on the tire...

Everybody has their own risk/comfort level. If all I did was spirited driving and no more than 80/hwy speeds (where I live) I would run it hands down. you have tpms to monitor leakage. this fix is said to be better than a plug. I plug countless tires, truck, race trailer, boat trailer all carrying a lot of weight, making a lot of heat. 99% of the time it works fine and if u are diligent enough to keep an eye on pressure it's no big deal at all. You have as much a chance of picking up a new road hazard as you do that one failing.

Wow......what a shitty patch job. Patch ONLY with no sealant of any sort. Doesn't even look like it was rolled on correctly as there is no ripples in it and the clear plastic is still on the patch...At Costco, we plug it, patch it, then use rubber sealant on the inside.....

Yes i know and there is ZERO rubber sealant. that is the PATCH.

the discoloration around the patch is from a dremel.
