Novice Wheel Guy, Could Use Assistance.

So as stated above, I am clueless on the subject of aftermarket wheels. So I have a few questions to those who wish to help me out.

I have been searching around for some black rims, and i SAW the Volk te37's which are so often praised on this forum, but unfortunately there isn't 3k in the trunk of my Z that could pay for them.

I've got a budget of about $1,000 and i really love the way the Te37 wheels look, and i found these during my search. 18x9.5 Rota Grid - Flat Black (5x114.3/e20/73) Wheeldude.com - Professional wheel dealer.

What I'm wondering is if those would even fit my Z, (Non-sport pkg. 370z with 18" wheels)

And second, and forgive me if this is ridiculously nooby, but would I need to purchase new tires to fit the wheels into, if I am staying in the 18" spectrum?

Thanks in advance for your responses, whether it be help or flame on my cheaper look-alike esque wheel choice. - Alex

You will be able to fit those wheels on your car. You will need new tires though. The stock wheels are 8 inches wide.. you are adding another inch and half with these wheels, so you would probably want closer to a 265 or 275 tire.

i'd check out the varrstoen 2.2.2 if you want a replica te37.

^^ I agree. I would buy Varrstoens over Rotas anyday, similar price too

Do you think with a 265 tire, and the 20 offset of the Rota Grid, that i would need to get spacers due to rubbing? Because I really don't want to deal with the hassle. More looking for a get them in and drive deal. Thank you CcDominic and Juruki for the response, i will look into them!

for 1000, just save your money and run spacers on your stock wheels. you'll like it better.
