They are definitely very similar to the Avant Garde M310, which is one of many copies of the HRE P40 design.

OP if you are interseted in a set similar to that look up the M310's they can be had for a very reasonable price. My buddy just put the Avant Garde m368's on his Acura TL-S Wednesday and they look great. I believe he got a package deal with tires for under 2k.
