Sorry, please refresh my memory with rear rim in front

I am sorry. I know this was talked about before and I can't seem to find the answer in search. Anyway my question is can the oem rear rims fit onto the front? I am leaning toward no as I believe the calipers will hit. Can anyone confirm? I never thought I would have another set of OEM wheels, so might as well use my left over tires on them.

Even if they fit they will protrude past the fender I believe.

hmmm maybe I should pay the guy $10 to mount the tire for me so I can test fit them.

thanks

They fit. There are people here running more aggressive offsets up front with the same 19x10 size.

I was wondering the same thing. I figured someone would have tried to fit the 10.5" vossen cv3's as a square setup already.

issey.miyake 02-17-2012 05:41 PM

itll fit no problem

from the stock 9" it has 4mm more inner clearance and the wheel will sit 30mm wider

in comparision to a 9.5" +22 setup commonly used on the 370z it sits just 2mm in so it pretty much ends up flush

on the rears you need something like a 25mm spacer to sit it flush
the equivalent would be like a 10.5" +12

This works with a big tire like 285 35 19 though?

daisuke149 02-17-2012 10:25 PM

285 should fit also.

i run a 20x10 + 27 with 275 and oem camber lowered .5". and i could go to a 285 without rubbing.

thx, i will give that a shot then
