GTR wheels on 370Z - spacers?

Will the R35 GTR wheels fit on a 370Z without the need for spacers?

You will not need spacers for GTR wheels, they have fairly aggressive offsets for the Z already. I am curious to see what the new 2011 and 2012 GTR wheels would look like on a Z, I think that the older wheels on the 09s and 10s look too bulky and large for our cars.

Actually the offsets aren't that aggressive really. The GTR uses 20x9.5 +45 front/20x10.5 +25 rear. The diameter is the "aggressive" factor; although I wouldn't call 20s on a sports coupe aggressive lol. I haven't seen anyone do this yet, but here's an idea of what you'll be working with.

This car is on 20x9.5 +10 front, 20x11 +5 rear. The stock GTR wheels would be inset (sunk in) 35mm/1.4" in the front and 26mm/1.02" in the rear.

Depending on the specs of your current wheels, you may lose clearance on the inside when switch to GTR wheels.

From Titan1080's ride: (no spacers)

Yes Z maniac to share my experience what i fitted with 09 gtr r35 on my Z.

Those (20"x9.5 front with 245/35/20 tire and 20"x10.5 rear with 285/30/20 tire) wheels are fitted without spacer will not touch blemboo caliper, fender and inlet.

If you want look more perfectly closed with fenders then i had installed wheel spacers 15mm for front and 20mm for rear. (just for 09 gtr r35 wheels)

:tiphat::tiphat::tiphat:

Thanks

Is this car sitting on lowering springs or is it stock ride height?

I'm kinda digging it.

Quick question might be nubish , but which lugs are safe to run these wheels with the 370z?

Factory lugs are the only ones that fit correctly.

tjlazer 03-05-2016 09:22 AM

370Z lugs do not work. Get ones for a GT-R or maybe 350Z, G35. I think those are the same as the GT-R.
