Largest Tire Size for NISMO Rims

Hopefully it will still be a while before I need to replace the OE tires on my Z, but I wanted to get the community's current recommendation for tires. TL;DR summary is in bold.

I'd like to get a larger tire size than stock to gain a little more grip. I don't want issues with rubbing or S-mode being a mess. I'd rather shrink wheel diameter than enlarge it.
What size is the largest F/R size that will fit on a nismo 370Z without spacers?

The car is a street driven, fair weather car that sees occasional track use.

My current guess are these sizes, but I'd like to hear someone say that they work. 305 rears supposedly pinch on the sport rims, and I'm not sure how wide the fronts can be before spacers are needed. If 275s work I'd do those.
F-265/35R19, 26.7"-->26.3" (+1.5%) tire diameter, 0.45" closer to fender
R-305/30R19, 26.9"-->26.3" (+2.3%) tire diameter, 0.40" closer to fender

Another option is to do 265 fronts with 295 rears to give the car a little more oversteer-bias.
R-295/35R19, 26.9"-->27.1" (+0.7%) tire diameter, 0.20" closer to fender

TIRE RECOMMENDATION
Tire survey/poll thread, didn't consider RS3s, went to the RE-11 pretty soundly: http://www.the370z.com/wheels-tires/poll-414-a.html
Another, split between Hankook V12s and RE050As: Nissan 370Z Forum - View Poll Results

Member recommendation that seemed well founded and generally agreed with:
Get AD08 if you want more dry performance.
Get Re11 if your area rains often.
Get RS3 if you want more grip than tire feedback.

Some also seem to like the Michellin pilots and R888s, and a few run Hoosiers on the street, but I'll be driving to work on these and putting some highway miles on them. I liked the D1SS's on my S2000, but they don't offer larger sizes for the rears on the Z.

I have heard the AD08s are faster than the RE11 in the rain. I might have that article somewhere. The RE11 did poorly in that partiular test
