Base 18in rims with spacers

I'm having a hard time finding any pics, I'm sure there aren't many people that are doing this though. Please post up if you have some and what size spacers you are using.

no pics here man but the 18"s sit more aggresively than the 19"s. I would think from what i remember around 10mm would be good. maybe 15 in the rear. but don't hold me to that!

here you go. Toxik had them on his car with spacers for like 5 minutes :p

Thanks! I'll ask him what size spacers he is running.

I'll have to see if I can find pics of them but I was running 22mm in front and 17mm in the rear. I thought it was perfect.

How much did you pay?

Lots of sponsors on here sell spacers with their price advertised in the FS section.

Do you have any pics you could post up or send to me? Thanks.

yea i was wondering also how a 5mm front and rear would look on my wheels. 5mm is almost a 1/4 inch but it may be non noticeable. Kinda wanted to stay away from the extended studs......just wanted to slide on and go without worrying about putting too much pressure on the hub and I figured anything over 5mm requires extended studs to be completely safe

ddvette9 10-16-2011 06:07 PM

BTW...i know this post was about stock wheels with spacers but my aftermarket wheels have the same offset (front being a little wider) so I didnt want anyone to think i was hijacking the thread

Big J 10-16-2011 09:52 PM

I think 5 will be to weak and not noticable, its less than 1/4in. I'm thinking 15-20. I think 25 on all 4 corners will be to much.

22mm in front and 17mm in the rear is what im gonna get along with swift springs

jpritche 01-28-2012 08:13 AM

I installed 25mm spacers all around. Picked them up from Z1!

The rears look amazing. They sit pretty flush at the top. The fronts are just as good looking but not as flush at the top of the fender
