dang what tire. Maybe stick with your 275 then :p

Econ 06-20-2011 02:19 PM

hankooks. Cost was my main priority. i saved $50 switching from 275 to 255, and the hankooks are cheap to begin with...

i just bought wheels about a month ago and they bent, so i cant sink any more money into wheels....i could have bought a supercharger instead...

Those are the exact same size as Chuck... sidewall on front tires looks a bit taller than the rears.. check it out:

yea id prefer slightly taller sidewalls in the front seeing as i could use the extra protection for peice of mind.

other than that, i think this set up will work out well. I will be recieving extended open lugs with the order and ill remove the spacers. (might put a 5 or 10mm in the rear)

thanks again

Ron 06-20-2011 02:31 PM

Then your golden my friend! 10mm on the back will be perfect. Congrats on the new set of wheels! :D

I orignally had a 255/40 in those pics, I have since chaned it to a 255/35/19 in the front from the 255/40/19 ....

so this pic is 19x9.5 +17 , with a 255/35/19 , you will have your fronts 3 more mm in... which will be PERFECT imo, the rears are 19x10.5+18 with 12.5mm of spacer so 19x10.5+5.5

this pic is 255/35

i can barely tell the difference. looks good though

chuckd05 06-20-2011 03:32 PM

the fronts are def beefier in the bottom pic.. I was much happier with the 35 profile which is what you are getting..

Ron 06-20-2011 03:39 PM

255/35 is right on the money then, looks even.

Econ 06-20-2011 04:15 PM

regardless, im hoping these Advant Garde's are stronger than my Konig After Burners (which i bent)
