Non-Staggered 275/40/18 18X10 +22 Fitment
I was thinking about going non staggered setup. 275/40/18 all the way around. The rims I am looking at are 18X10 with +22 offset all the way around. Will I have trouble rubbing up front? These are going to be more like track/spare wheels than looks. I think that with the +22 offset, the brake calipers will clear. These are the closest to the the stock specs when I used the tire size calculator regarding speedometer.

not sure how many good race tires are available in that size. if your car is stocj, i think it will rub on the fender

NT-01 is available in 275-40-18 and that's what I run for the track.

its not the tires, its the rim that will rub.

I was thinking about a setup just like that. I don't see why those offsets wouldn't work. What rim are you going with?

Still undecided but want to stay in the 18's.

18x10 +15 255/40 rubs slightly on huge dips and bumps. Not sure of the camber or the ride height though or KWV3 dampening settings. Fender liners have been cut and the fenders themselves have been slightly massaged.
I'm sure you can get it to work. ;) |
I use 18x9.5+46 with that size tire, BFG R1

I'm looking at Lenso D1R's but not sure if they'll clear Akebonos. I'm on stock suspension.
Front: 18x9.5 +40. Rear: 18x10 + 20. |
