350z winter tires to a 370z with new rims

Winter is coming around the corner, can I use my winter tires(225/45front and 245/45 rear) from my Old 350z in the 370z with 18''x7 rims 5x114.3..??
Please give me the best opinions.

here is the answer. get bunch of can-food, and never leave your house till the snow melts, period.

you should really be running a 225/50/18 up front or a 245/45/18 up front.

It's snow tires, skinnier the better. As long as they clear the brakes and you don't care about looks, you should be all set.

Why? Enjoy your car in the winter and in a couple years just buy another one.

i know, i meant that the overall rolling diameter of the front tire is less than the overall rolling diameter of the stock 18's, but its not really off by that much. the front stock 18" tire is 225/50/18, not 225/45/18
