Need Vendor help with Forgestars.
 

Hey everyone,

I've been through all the site's talks and horror stories about the forgestars, but I just can't steer away from them. You know how it is, when you set your sights on something..:excited:

Anyway, I need somewhere to order a set from, so I figured here would be the best place to ask. To be more specific, I want a set of F14s in 19x9 and 19x11 finished in matte black. (I know this finish was discontinued in 19"s, but want the powdercoated option).

I'm in canada, so shipping is also an issue. I'll be in BC starting in august, and forgestar has a dealer there, but I figure why not give the Z vendors some support :happydance:

I have a great relationship with Forgestar. I have ordered a few set from them now, in fact they are in the process of making the last set I ordered... (18x10 and 18x11 F14's) We also probably powdercoat at least 3 or 4 sets of wheels a month, so any color they will not offer, we can surely take care of for you...

Check with Scott @ RA he is who i am ordering mine through. Ive bought a lot of parts through him from a roll cage to suspension and ive had no issues. Great guy.

Forgestar will have a wait tho! anywhere from 5 weeks - a few months on average im thinking. Im getting the 18s for track use.

Keep us posted on how everything goes for you. I ordered two weeks ago through AE Performance, so I'm assuming I have another 8 to go before they get here.

Will do! I ordered mine through Scott @ Relentless Autosports and i cant wait!. I was kinda hoping that having these ordered and on the way would keep me from drooling over Mikes SSR SP3s that he has for sale but no luck so far. I would kinda like to have these in before my R&R but im not bothered. I cant track the car untill i get back after March or so 2011 :(

The sizes i have on the way are:
18.9.5" fronts +23 Offset
18x11" rears +24 Offset

That said after i paid the final full amount and got the wheels on order..I got a PM from Mike (M.Bonanni) with the sizes he used as track wheels.
18x9.5" front with a +39 offset
18x10" rear with a +16 offset

Needless to say it made me do a double take on the sizes i ordered but ill be fine. I hope! haha

^ yeah it seems forgestar picks 23F - 24R offsets for everyone, Just ordered mine yesterday... I went with it as well but im starting to question a lower offset in the rear. I am curious what the offsets were on Bonani's 19s that he had for shows. Seems like he had Piano and Matte 19's.
