I love golllllllllllld. Seriously though, that doesn't sound appealing, and looks childish on the subaru.

That looks great!

Screw Subaru -- blue and gold go well together regardless of the car.

I say, if you like it, do it

I don't like it, but I do agree with Jordo's statement. I don't have to look at it every day :bowrofl:

Jordo! 07-03-2010 09:05 PM

Do it and send pics to Dr. Frost :icon17:

A lighter shade of gun-metal looks great with blue....IMHO.

What wheel size/offset is that? Thanks!

Boost_lee 07-04-2010 04:47 AM

i agree. I'd rather rock a bronze on the MB than a gold.

18x9.5 5zigen hot version fnc01 35mm offset on all 4. its not a perfect fitment, but i use it for track only. i am not rubbing on street, but i am afraid it might on track since the tire is past the fender by .25 inches. i have 19x9.5 35mm offset on my car now

That looks rad.

Those SSR Type-F's are definitely one of my favorite wheels.

I like the strong gold color against the MB color.

maddoc5979 12-17-2011 08:55 PM

@ phunk. Goodday Mate! I'm from Australia and I drive a black track 350z (all stock). I've been looking everywhere for a cleanly done 350z..until I saw yours..nicely done. I'd like to do the same mods to my 350z; would you be able tell me what's gone into your grey 350? wheels, front lip, side skirts, rear bumper attachment and the wings. Did you have to lower your car? - your reply is much appreciated.

phunk 12-19-2011 10:17 AM

maddoc; thanks!

The wheels are Advan TC-II. They are out of production but the TC-III is available now and really cool. Kaminari front lip, Greddy sides, Top Secret replica rear diffuser, Nismo wing. All genuine parts minus the diffuser as mentioned.

The car is lowered on Tein Flex coilovers. The rear is as low as they go without removing collars and the front is a pretty low setting. It was originally a little lower than that but I had trouble getting around so I adjusted to where you see there, where I had no troubles when driving with the appropriate attention for a low car.
