DDMotorsports: HRE Wheels 370Z Fitments!

Hey everyone, I recently had the pleasure of visiting HRE Wheels with our Project 370Z this week for a measuring session!

I was lucky enough to get a private tour of their amazing 60,000 square foot facility and I must say that I was absolutely blown away at the quality, processes, and perfection they put into every wheel that goes through there. First off, nothing is outsourced. Everything is made and done in house from the initial machining to the powdercoating and polishing. They are BIG on quality control, and even though everything is done in house, they still check each and every wheel for perfection after every step of the build process.

They spent a few hours taking a TON of measurements on my 370Z to ensure that they can provide you with perfect fitment. They collected the data and 370Z spec wheels are now ready to start production!

The expression "you get what you pay for" is 100% true when you purchase a set of HRE Wheels. Each wheel is custom made to your car's specs and can be made in virtually any color combo you wish!

Here are just a few examples of HRE Wheels...

I see the pictures now. Do you happen to have a wheel size vs. weight chart for HRE wheels?

M.Bonanni 04-15-2009 03:13 PM

I don't. I will ask them if they have one.

Any chance of getting weights?

M.Bonanni 04-15-2009 04:16 PM

Nope, just got an email back from them not 5 min. ago. And it reads...

"Unfortunately I don't have a graph with all the weights because each wheel will change depending on the build."

Aww I figured that would happen. Usually with these kinds of wheel manufacturers, they build an example wheel of arbitrary size and weigh it, just to give the consumer an idea.

Thanks for the effort anyways DD!

What's the difference between the M40 and P40. Both monoblok series and looks to be same style as well.

They are the same wheels. I believe the P40 is Porsche fitments.

C90 & C97 FTW (Especially that C97 on a Porsche Turbo.. mmm)

I don't know about coughing up $1,600. a piece though or whatever these things cost. OUCH!
