Damaged Tires?

Any opinions if this tire is still good to go or what? I had my tires dismounted off the wheels, and the guy that took the tires off damaged it.:ugh2:

I Agree, the bead thats the seal of the tire has been damaged. this will cause the tire not to hold air

The problem is I don't have any receipt or evidence. I just paid them $3 to take the tire off the wheel.

I look at what the owner has to say!! Since his place damaged them. if not look at it as a lesson learned
