Wheel Quality Comparison
Mod, please delete my other thread i started about this, i realized it was very long winded. ( http://www.the370z.com/wheels-tires/...ts-please.html )
TSW Snetterton vs Axis Penta. Both mesh style wheels, look similar, similarly priced. Would you guys choose one over the other and why? Snetterton: http://www.tswalloywheels.com/showro...snetterton.jpg Penta: http://www.notre350z.com/forum/files...is%20penta.jpg |
Would these axis penta's fit with the 370z Sport package or will i need spacers?
The Z Store! Nissan-Datsun 240Z-260Z-280Z-280ZX-300ZX(Z31/Z32)-350Z-370Z Parts: Axis "Penta" 19" Wheel Kit, 03-09 350Z http://nomad.liquidweb.com/~need4spe...x114.340mm.jpg Stock sport wheels: 19x9 +47 front, 19x10 +30 rear could i use the stock sport tires on them or would i have to buy new ones? |
The offset is slightly lower which means then will push out a few mm's more anyway. If you go half an inch narrower it will be a wash and in that case you might want to add spacers to get a more flush look, but out of the box they will fit.
The stock sport tires will also fit comfortably. |
why would you get SMALLER wheels? i would at least get 9.5F 10.5R if i was upgrading... maybe even 10F and 11R...
|
i really want a mesh wheel and i can't find anything bigger than 9.5 in the back in a 19" have any recomendations?
|
BBS LM knockoffs? Yep. Still good looking? Yep. It's just a shame that they don't have the really widths.
|
I would go with the ones on the black Z since they spokes are darker and gives you some contrast, which depending on which color Your Z is, will look good. They go well with black.
I'm not a fan of mesh on the Z, but to each unto their own. |
