Removing Stuck Wheel Spacers

Does anyone have any tips on getting stuck wheel spacers unstuck from the back of a set of rims without damaging the spacers or rim? Yes I used anti-seize on the mating surface and no it did not help.

WD 40. Give it 5 min.

Pour boiling water on it, and tap the side of it with a mallet.

A dead-blow hammer* may help.

If none of the above works. Loosen the lug nuts up, and drive around the block at low speed.
