Anyone have experience with VS Forged?
I have a 2015 sport and doing some homework on wheels. I've narrowed my choice down to two..
- VS Forged VS-02 (satin black)
- 2013-14 stock nismo wheels (gunmetal)
The nismos are a safe choice but I preferred the style of the VS-02, so it's my first choice but there isn't a lot of information on the wheel or reviews of the company. If you have any data on their forging process, quality control, past history, etc I would like to hear. I've only seen that VS forged is a collaboration with Vertini/Stance and that they use 6061 aluminum. The VS-02 is very similar to a Titan-7 model, the T-S5. Titan advertises good information on their forging process and the wheel itself has additional track related features. Any chance these vendors are actually using similar resources and just branding their designs?
