BTW, 25mm is a perfect fit for the base 18" rims up front. I have this setup on right now with my winter wheels/tires.

Thanks so much for the info!

Does anyone know if 20mm bolt-on spacers will fit on both the front and rear with the Rays wheels?
Only spacers with stud replacements will fit the front of the 370 with 19" Rays. Its been explained why a few times in here. I have 15mm in the rear and live in suffolk, if your out here shoot me a Pm you can take a look. I have 15mm type 2 rears and z1 auto 5mm up front for now until i figure out what my final decision is on 15-10 or 20-15.

$$ is still preventing me from getting mine installed. I have a box full of mods (all paid for) waiting at Z Car Garage. Hopefully later this month for the install and pics.

Will be 15 mm fr 25 mm rr (H&R) dropped with Eibach on sport 19" Rays wheels.

As promised.

H&R 15mm Front + H&R 20mm Rear. Remember I have TONS of negative camber on the front, which is why it looks in a little still. On a less aggressive alignment, the wheel would be flush like the rear one is.

hey RCZ, your parking's a little off :rofl2:

RCZ 01-15-2010 12:09 PM

hehe its pretty good considering both spots are mine! ;)

vortrex 01-15-2010 01:14 PM

so does it look goofy having your calipers set back further from the wheel with the spacers installed? I've never seen a pic of this. I have the same size H&R spacers but have not put them on yet, thinking I might get wheels instead...

RCZ 01-15-2010 02:07 PM

^ Nah you don't even notice that difference.

:rofl2: well played

so long story short: yes 15/20 setup is great on stock rims, right? i've been trying to tell this to people forever!

RCZ 01-15-2010 02:29 PM

Yep. I think its the best for stock wheels.

Any performance benefit from the H&R 15/20 spacers?

docaam 01-16-2010 05:21 AM

Looks nice but whats the camber on the front ones?? are you planning for the front camber kit?

I felt the car a bit slower when installed spacers on my G:icon14:

Wider stance. Don't you remember those old car commercials? Wider is betterrr!

It has a camber kit... the front was like -2.6 or something along those lines.

I'm looking at spacers to fix the ridiculous look of my rear winter rims (way too sunken in). While 25mm would be ideal for the winter rims, I'd like to use the spacers for my 19" Rays in the warmer months. I'm guessing that 25mm on the rear and no spacers up front with the Rays will look stupid? Any thoughts?

I could go 20mm rear, which would at least be some improvement in the winter and ideal in the summer. Don't really want to install front spacers though...

cptspeed 01-21-2010 09:15 PM

I don't think it would look stupid. I ran w/20's in the back and none in the front for 3 months. Looks good to me.

ZForce 01-22-2010 12:18 AM

Something to consider if you go with H&R spacer, that’s if it makes any difference.

25 mm spacers will be bolt on.
20 mm spacers will require stud replacement.

Would the handling be off from such a staggered stance from the OEM setup? I have heard of a squared off stance or with a 5-10 mm difference from the front to rear.
