Remember that while the tire may be a bit wider, its still going on the same rim. The visual effect is not very dramatic, it will look very similar to the stock 275.

Both you and Semtex. :stirthepot:
It is all good though, my car is sound better every week, and soon will look a bit better with this addition.

that's a good point. so would you recommend going 25mm in the rear? i will be dropping the car on Coils...i won't be going for the slammed style but want to minimize most of the wheel gap.

Mine, 25mm rears with eibach springs before:

Mine now, 25mm springs with Nismo suspension, stock ride height:

bottom line, if not lowered, don't go to 25.

yes, but I wouldn't go that far without the drop.

Personally, I find this setup to be the most impressive. What do you guys think?

did josh use the ichiba v2 in the front? or does anyone know if the 20mm v2 will clear the studs?

They won't clear the rear studs. I think the fronts are the same size, they are about 21-22mm

i planned on using 25 s in the rear to begin with.
can anyone confirm the front studs length?
/edit
er wait doesnt the front sport wheels have recesses in the back of them?

phelan 02-15-2010 01:45 PM

i think you need the v1s on the front.

josh88 02-15-2010 02:20 PM

I used H&R bolt on type in the rear and stud replacement in the front.

This is so annoying!:shakes head: Can anyone confirm that the FRONT sport wheels will fit the Ichiba 20mm V2 spacers and still A) Bolt on properly and B) Clear the wheel wells with the stock sport tires and suspension!!!

I am sure there are a lot of people that would go this route to avoid stud replacement alone!

ok, I give up...

I guess I will just shut up and order the 15mm stud replacement for the front and the V2 20mm bolt ons for the rear.

NOW... which brand? A lot of people are leaning towards the H&R.... any other opinions?....
