Anyone got some wheel recommendations that look like these?

So I'm probably gonna get some flak for wanting wheels like these but does anyone know some wheels that are like the ones in the picture(I'm pretty sure its a render so its not a real pic so idk if the wheels are real either)? I really like the ones on the bottom and just think it would look really aggressive on a 370z. I just like the way that they are real deep and the wheel looks like its floating when you look at it at an angle. I was looking at Work Emotion D9R wheels but they arent deep enough for my taste and can see the spokes real easily. Also im not really into the chrome and flashy colors other than maybe a bronze color. Anyways thanks

1) the wheels in those pix look hot because they're photoshopped onto a widebody exotic that's slammed on the ground. Before you fantasize anymore about about that look. You should know it will take thousands of dollars and at least a year to accomplish that

2) there's no way to get that look from one piece wheels, so forget about something like the Emotion XD9. We are talking 10 inch width in front and 11 or 12 in back with negative offsets. That is special order from any company you name, probably 3 month build time minimum, jdm companies probably 5.

3) overfenders require cutting the body, which means a professional shop. Then, pant and/or wrap.

4) Air suspension. Maybe coilovers with a cup kit, full adjustable suspension arms are not negotiable at that level, which means nearly the full SPL catalog

With that out of the way:
Top wheel looks like it's the BBS LM-R or WORK VS-TX. there's probably copies out there of the design

Middle is like the CCW LM5 but in real life they only go up to 18's. Something like the Work Equip Might work but it doesn't have a dip in the middle

Bottom wheel is the standard mesh. BBS lm or work vs xx

The best you can do on stock body is CarbonFZ's old car:

He sells wheels so he knows what he's doing.

SSR 3 piece wheels you can get close to that. It took about 6 months to get mine. 19x10 fronts and 19x12 rears. The only way to get that deep look would be with a widebody kit, coilovers, and the SPL catalog to adjust it properly.

SSR, Work, Weds, BBS, etc

any major 3PC wheel company can do it, just takes time

hell, there are places that will rebarrel any USED 3pc wheel to your spec if you have the money and patience:

Check out ForgeLine. They will make almost any spec. But be prepared. Figure on at least 3 months and a bucket of money. Mine took 3 months and was over $5,000.

OptionZero 08-06-2018 10:20 PM

There's also companies like Weds, Rotiform, Brixton Forged. . . . pretty much a billion different companies do 3piece wheels now that can be ordered to spec.

I suspect some of these outfits are fronts for the same actual supplier/factory, but i have nothing to back that up other than the proliferation of "wheel companies" these days

Mike (Bullitt5897)has the only widebody kit that looks worth a dang. That is because the rear fenders are metal.

I definitly like the 2nd and the last one of those. Although I think I’m just gonna end up going with what I was originally looking at, the work emotion d9r’s. I’ve seen some pics of them and I think they’ll be deep enough for what I’m looking for plus I don’t wanna spend more than like $2k on just wheels as well as I don’t want 3 piece wheels.

Definitely check out the Work VS-TX wheels if they are in your budget. The Work wheels always look amazing on our Z’s or consider the ForgeLine wheels if you are a Baller like Bob.
