Touch up paint for wheels

Do touch up paint work well on minor scratched wheel? I’m OCD and I have this tiny scratch that’s bothering me. What you you guys recommend?
Also, wheel is ‘14 Nismo gunmetal

I use black touch-up paint on my wheels, no reason why you can’t as long as they are the same finish
