I'd love to see those on a white Z in both gunmetal and gold. Maybe some pics will surface from Tokyo Auto Salon next month.

You think those are 20's? I would have guessed 19's but I know some wheels with a double lip and bolts can be deceiving since they make the spokes look shorter. Aside from the Advan Sienna Generation II's I had on my Supra I've been a RAYS/Volk guy but I'm going to have to throw these on my list for when I can afford wheels  they look hot.

Wheel weights on that chart would be nice too. Post them if you get more info.

Judging by the overall look, they appear to be 20's. I've seen a few step-lip applications on the Z34's and it looks smaller than what's on the Sunline Z. I am sure we'll see several more examples at Tokyo Auto Salon '10.

Does anyone know about this, I would greatly appreciate it thanks! And what are the stock 19" deminsions, or what do yall recomend for street/track proformance???

I think it's more like a polished finish, not chrome. I really like it.

It's like ADVAN's Super Bright Chrome:

WedsSport's Blue Light Chrome:

SSR's Super Black Coat:
http://www.ssr-wheels.com/images/sp1/gallery/3.jpg

Basically, they're all comparable to chrome, not machine faced or anything like that. Their chromes have a dark tint to them so it's not like Lexani's chrome or anything like that. Looks good on the right cars in my opinion.

JB-370z 01-06-2010 10:23 PM

Ok so I called SSR and got the size and offset of the red Z from Japan on the web site.
19" 9.5 +25 Front
19" 10.5 +18 Rear

DriveLineEric 01-07-2010 02:38 PM

I apologize for the wait guys... If you check the merchant section, we'll have the pre-order posted this afternoon.

JB-370z 01-10-2010 12:19 AM

I bought these wheels last week. 8 to 12 week wait to get them :( Does anyone know what kind of wheel locks I need for these?? I dont think that the base stock wheel locks will work on these bad boys. Could someone let me know which locks I should buy for these wheels???

RedComet 01-10-2010 06:31 AM

What size/offset/color did you get? Gratz on the purchase too, some pretty sick wheels.

JB-370z 01-10-2010 12:42 PM

19" 9.5 +25 Front
19" 10.5 +18 Rear

This is the same offset as the 370z in the ssr pictures! We had to contact SSR Japan to get these spec's! I think it is a good size to go with! It's SSR's lightest wheel they have ever made to date! Just need to know what kind of lug nuts I need to buy and what do others recomend! I bought these in the plain silver which is going to go on a white Z. I might end up getting them painted a custom color down the road, like a gun metal color. I am not sure if I need spacers or not with this setup....I am ordering Rotora 14" 6piston BBK fronts next week along with 14" 4piston rears. Also will have HKS coilovers by the time these bad boys come in so not sure what size tire to buy as well. I really like the advan's I have on my base so I might go with them if I can find a good size to fit!

RedComet 01-10-2010 05:21 PM

Nice! I didn't know these were their lightest wheel, thats pretty amazing judging by they're three piece wheels. I'm glad to see 19''s don't look too small. HKS Hipermax coilovers are pretty dope too and very resonalbly priced if you ask me. Good choices all around my friend, can't wait for pics lol.

You'll need something with more of a conical shape. The factory wheels locks will not work with these wheels. Most companies from Rays to Project Kics all manufacture a locking system with their lugs.

RedComet 01-11-2010 03:38 PM

So Project Kics would work with these wheels?

JB-370z 01-11-2010 03:47 PM

Cool so if you really want to be a big help, could I get a link to what would work on these rims????

JB-370z 01-11-2010 09:28 PM

Ings+1
I am also thinking about getting it and painting it white to match, or just leaving it black and carbon. It is very expensive yet im willing to shell out the dough for this beaut!
Here it is going for a really good price, of only one million dollars :)
Ings is an ultra high-end company, they make some good stuff.

ONE MILLION DOLLARS!!!!

Between the overall construction, design quality, and fit & finish, the price is somewhat fair. We currently have these in bound and on sale for $1599.99 Shipped.

The company who designs and constructs all Ings +1 Z-Power wings is Voltex Japan:
VOLTEX -{ebNX

Background of Voltex and its' owner:
For those that havent heard of Voltex, its a specialty parts company started in 2003, located in Suzuka, Japan (right by the circuit!). Nakajima, the Voltex founder, is very experienced in aerodynamic design and engineering. He has worked for various racing teams in Japan where he made composite body parts for F-3 and Formula Japan racecars. He has also worked in UK where he was an engineer for CROSBY GRP. CROSBY GRP provides services for F1 and WRC and has worked with drivers such as Jean Alesi. Voltex GT wings are made to meet the Super Taikyu Endurance regulations. About 50% of race cars in Class 4 uses Voltex wings for Super Taikyu Series, so you can be assured that Voltex is the real deal.

JB-370z 01-12-2010 03:08 PM

I could of sworn I have seen their name on the F-1 circuit but I did not want to say anthing since I did not have any fact to back it up.

They are going to look really good ! By the way, why don't you just order them in gunmetal? It's listed as a special order color on the first post. I have a white car as well and that's what I'd do for color combo. At this point you are having to wait anyway, might as well get what you really want.

DriveLineEric 03-24-2010 08:16 PM
