F18x19 R18x10.5
 
I'm am planning on getting some wheels F18x9 45mm Offset R18x10.5 15mm offset, but I'm not sure if they will be fit my stock 370z base
any suggestion please

If you really want PF01s, you might want to consider going 9.5" in front. You can get those with a 15mm offset, which is much closer to what most 370Z owners would want. That still wouldn't be perfect in my opinion, though.

9.5 front with +22 offset 10.5 rear with +22 offset. 45 offset seems insane. Good luck tho man

I have 9.5 +15 for my fronts. For pf01 +15 rear on 10.5 would work as well. Up to you if you want to add a spacer to the rear to bring it out a little more
