Update: Frustration level lowered, I sent the vehicle over to Butler Tire Buckhead and they got inside the tires to tighten down the valve stems. They had to install one missing grommet form my right front wheel which will be replaced eventually anyway!
They said the wheels are now not leaking air. I will check tomorrow with water again! Rick has called with concern and stated he would reimburse me! He stated that they are currently moving showrooms or warehouse, one or the other. The other guys that answered the phone never filled me in on that. One note, Butler tire did say they may work loose again so I may have to go through this again. It's due to the curve of the wheel where the TPMS valve stem is located. These wheels are extremely good quality, it's just the TPMS valve stem that has caused me issues. Rick, thanks for being a nice guy!! I have to deal with upset customers all the time and it does take patience!! |
