Can you fit a set of 4 tires inside the Z?

I bought a set of 19" blizzaks for the stock rims, but now I'm rethinking and considering returning them to Tirerack. I'm contemplating a cheap 18" rim with blizzaks instead of swapping rubber on my stock sport rims.

To make the trade, I plan to drive the tires back to Tirerack and bring the new ones back home. Any chance I can fit the four tires inside the Z? Two in the front seat, two in the back??? (the tires are at my in-laws' place, so I can't test on my own right now)

All 4 inside! I went to my old site, to try and find the photographs. I did several searches, I can't recall the members name, that posted the photos. I believe two were on the front passenger seat , and two in the rear.

Up date: I found the thread, but the pictures have been deleted!

I've done this as well in my old 350Z! Haven't had to try it in the 370Z yet but I figure it's possible. Slightly less trunk depth but no huge strut tower brace either.

I was only able to fit 2...

How about you remove your spare tire just for that trip..??

You then have space for 1 right there, 2 in the trunk, and 1 on passenger seat...

VOILA! :ughdance:

:iagree:

That's how it's done. I've done it in both my Z33 and Z34, actually more room in the Z34 now that the rear cross brace is gone.

^^^ x2 Remove the spare put a rear tire in there then place the two fronts in the back and the other rear in the passenger seat.
