Tires

I have base with 18 inch wheels. I called discount tires and the guy said I need to keep the standard 225 on the front because of clearance, but If I wanted I could put the larger 285 on the back. Can that be done or should I just go with the matching set of 225 front and 245 on the back? Can anyone provide me with good info. Pilot super sport tires. Trying to get a response quick because I need them immediately.

I have two sets of base 18 wheels. They're perfect fitment and offer a wide range of tire sizes.

My winter tires are 245/45/18 on all four, yes even tho the rears are staggered.

My track tires are
- 245/45/18 front
- 275/40/18 rear

So basically, listen to the internet. Not the trained monkeys at corporate.

So a 245/275 on stock wheels would be an optimal set up?
