Body shop in the Colorado Springs

I was gonna let this be and let word of mouth spread but I just came from the body shop and there is too many broken parts. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of anything left my phone at work, I am not going to put the body shops name on here but it is located on S Tejon St and I25.

Back in June-July my baby girl got caught in a hail storm, she got beat up really bad. I took her to a body shop that was one of the best in town, I would learn later that they were garbage. I tried to let them fix what they had trashed when I went to pick her up but everything that was messed up i brought to there attention and it became an argument that I had to prove to them that they trashed baby girl. I contacted my insurance and they allowed me to go to another body shop and then go from there.

As I stated before I just came from a new body shop. The new shop showed me everything that they took of from the broken tabs to no "pegs". The hood's skeleton was ripped yes metal ripped in places, so new hood. The hatch was not clear coated properly so new paint. Rear spoiler looked like they used a flat tip screwdriver to take the spoiler of found out they cracked the spoiler and broke all but two tabs. Surprised the spoiler stayed on. The roof had dents still that I didn't catch the new shop did so I got the roof fixed and new paint. There was a several deep scratches in the rear bumper so I got a new rear bumper. Passenger brake light had two tabs broken off and wasn't bolted to the body. The roof liner was cracked in two, back behind the driver.

My driver's side seat belt literately feel apart two days before I was going to turn her into the shop. I fixed that and checked the passenger side. Asked the new shop to check all the panels and the new shop found several other interior panels cracked.

The new shop stated multiple times that they there is a lot of work that they have to do and have asked for another week to get everything done the right way. I am posting this because like I said there was just too many parts that were broken or not painted correctly.

Just a quick update. I picked baby girl up last Friday and got the statement $3,400 worth of new parts and labor. A side note they have to take the front glass out of the Z to get the roof liner in. It might break so I have a new front windshield. All in all I'm very happy with the new shop I took her too. If anyone needs some work done I'd recommend them, they are on the corner of Platte and Murray behind Walgreens.
