Thenismoshop ... Bad experiences anyone?
 

Ordered from them a front splitter on march 31/ april 1.

Its been 7 days, i still have to get an email notifying me it was shipped, or a tracking number, or any confirmation.

Emailed them on the 4th day asking if it was shipped, no response.

However the charging of my credit card (how not surprising) didnt even take a day to do.

Sitting here wondering if im in for some painful backordering-taking 5 years to ship-shopping experience.

Anyone delt with them before?

I got my rear fog light from them and they charged me like $14 for shipping Fedex and then sent it USPS. Then never called me back to refund the money.

I just bought some washers and a gtr push start from them and it got to my house in like 4 days from CA to SC.

I am having the same experience right now.

I ordered last Tuesday the 29th.

No word, no tracking, 2 ignored emails.

Called them Friday May 2 asking for an update and when I might receive my tracking information after 4 business days. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and apologized and said I would have the tracking tomorrow, May 3. I have nothing, 6 days after my order.

My estimated arrival date was Tuesday May 6 in the ebay ad. Seems a little unlikely. Their negative eBay reviews say the same thing, some shipping related issues.

Just my $.02 cents. First. Thank you to West Covina Nissan for the Stillen Exhuast System. The time between the order and shipment was very quick.

That said, regarding email communication and tracking, the process from a customer perspective does seem to be not a smooth as other transactions.

I attempted to be very clear in my communications, but at the same time calm after reading similar service reviews about West Covina.

Let me be clear, my experience was good, but there is definitely a gap in communication.
