Dyno Rev Limited Problem

I have a newly installed Boosted Performance single turbo.

I have 2 base tunes that are really good, one from Boosted Performance and one from an Uprev tuner in Denver.

Last weekend I drove the car to Denver, (8hrs) they built a tune but the car would not rev past 6000 rpms without dropping off, worked this for 3 hours without a solution at the tuner in Denver.

Got back home, talked to some peeps, decided it was maybe the Denver tune. Put the base tune back on from Boosted Performance and same thing, VDC off, car will not pull past 5.5-6K rpms on dyno. The car would not rev in Netural past 6K sitting on the dyno with VDC off. I did have this code: P0106 while this was happening but I do not think this is the problem.

The car pulls fine into redline while driving. WTH? I am at my wits end with these dyno trips.

I am thinking about pulling the plug on the bosch sensor under the ebrake and trying to dyno, maybe thats it?

Suggestions, tips, assistance greatly appreciated.

Have you disabled the DTC code in Uprev?

So you are saying that you can rev to 7500 when driving but when on a dyno you are limited to 6000?

What sensors are plugged in when you are on the dyno? Are they using separate wideband 02 sensors?

Is the gear registering correctly on the dash? The rev limit in neutral is around 5.5k.
