Pretty awesome for a tune. I wouldn't have expected that. Very smooth curve... I can only wish to get that much with mine. Hoping to get my uprev tuner software next week and have my local shop have at it. They've tuned nearly every Japanese vehicle except these new 370's. They primarily focus on FI'd vehicles. They seem very confident that they can get it done so I'll give them a shot. If I can pull at least 320, get my AFR's in line and get my SES light fixed, I will be happy :)

Thanks SS hope you see good results also. Did you resolve you m370 issue?

SS_Firehawk 04-05-2012 11:08 AM

Waiting for the Metal plate from Tony, then I'll have at it again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi Ages - Nissan markets the 370Z as 332 HP, why didn't the test get up to that?

Thanks,

Orestp

Nissan's rating is at the crank which doesn't take into account drive train losses. When people dyno/tune their cars it's measuring the hp/tq at the rear wheels.

car manufacturers need to rate cars hp at the wheels, not at the crank. :ugh2:
